Regulated Entities

Please contact us to receive an alphabetical list of regulated persons conducting trust company business. The documents will reveal the entity's contact details and the classes of business for which that entity is licensed, together with a full list of entities which belong to the affiliation, where applicable.

Entities are described as "non-affiliated person", "affiliation leader" or "participating member".

An affiliation is a group of regulated persons under common ownership. An affiliation leader is the member of the affiliation which has agreed to be the prime point of contact with the commission. All other members of the affiliation are referred to as participating members.

A non-affiliated person does not form part of an affiliation.
